Terms of Service

The service

DocketBridge attempts to attach selected ServiceM8 form PDFs to matching Xero invoices. You remain responsible for checking invoices and attachments before sending them to customers.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to connect each ServiceM8 account and Xero organisation. You must keep your account credentials secure, maintain accurate account settings, and use the service lawfully.

Trial and subscription

The service includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, automatic attachments pause until you start an A$29 monthly subscription. The first paid month may receive the advertised 50% discount. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months except where required by Australian law.

Availability and third parties

DocketBridge depends on Xero, ServiceM8, Stripe, internet connectivity, and hosting providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change or discontinue features where reasonably required.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DocketBridge is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, delayed invoices, missing attachments, or failures of a third-party service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for DocketBridge during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe shows otherwise. We may suspend access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or material breach.
